Terms of Service

- Will be paid upfront via Venmo in USD
- Must receive full payment before the start of commission work—————⏰ Waiting Period and Communication ⏰
- I have a full time job, so I will try my best to complete the commission work in a timely fashion
- Main communication can be done via email or DM but if there’s an emergency on either end, DMs via Twitter can work
- I will do my best to maintain a steady communication for WIPs and such. If you don’t hear from me at any point (ie, a few weeks) then hit me up and check in with me—————🎨 Process 🎨
- References for OCs must be provided via drawn, Pinterest board, faceclaim, or dollmaker. When provided a written description, I will provide an initial sketch for approval before moving on with anything else
- With email being the main correspondence, process pictures, revisions and everything else will be done there unless said otherwise
- You can provide up to two revisions
- However, once the sketch stage is finished, I cannot make any major changes to the commission (ie pose and composition)—————💸 Refunds 💸
- If the commission is cancelled for any reason before I start, you’ll get the full amount

- All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only
- I will make this very clear: the commissioned work cannot, and will not, be used for or sold as a non-fungible token (NFT). If I find out you deal in crypto and/or NFTs, I will automatically cancel the work and/or you will not receive a refund
- Another thing to make very clear: I do not under any circumstance approve of you using my art in AI or feed my art into your AI program. If I find out you put my artwork, sketch, flats or render, into AI, I will automatically cancel the commission, you will not receive a refund, and you WILL be blacklisted from my client list. I am not playing around with this, this is non-negotiable. Even if you ask, I will without hesitation blacklist you and you will no longer receive your commission.
- Unless stated otherwise, I may post the final on my social media. If you don’t want me to, you can tell me and we can talk about the posting
